Charging problem solved/now starting problem
For the latter, I'd start with simply loosening the starter bolts and re-seating the starter. The built-up heat will cause metal to expand thereby binding the starter. I'd also check to see if there is a difference in effort between manually rotating the engine when it's hot and when it's cold.
Electrically induced.. have you tried replacing the starter cable? There could be alot of resistance in the wiring - again, a difference between hot and cold states. Plus corrosion will sometimes wick up the cable and not be readily visible.

when I had another problem (Did not fix problem) still have the other one and better quality, think I will switch those out too. Not sure if it will help but worth a shot. Thanks
First, most parts stores do not have a clue as to how to properly check a starter or alternator on the bench much less on the vehicle. There are of course a few exceptions. If still having a problem, search out an electrical rebuilder that also does installation, they should if they are worth half their salt be able to check it out properly.
You have new cables, but what size is the cable? Depending on engine displacement, the typical parts store cable could be woefully inadequate.
HIO Silver has given excelllent advice and hopefully the problem has by now been solved.
