My flare side gate scrapes the paint on my sides when I close the gate. Is there any thing for this

 

The gap between the tailgate and tail light area is tight, right? Then assume the bedsides are bent inwards thus causing your clearance problem. A port-a-power ram could push it to be vertical again but having the problem already means that the metal is fatigued. You **could** add some welds to restore its strength provided that the area to be welded is accessible.
