As far as full length as far as I know you wont find em for the 4x4. L&L's and Sanderson are the few that make a chassis exit. But they are a shorty or 3/4 length header. If you run a 2wd header on the 4x4 you run into issues with the collector coming back far enough that it becomes hard to make the turn to go around the transfer case. I have even see a truck where they routed the exhaust under the transfer case ready to be smashed. I have the L&L's.
