Not so far. Drove to Fort Bragg last night, runs fine. Definitely has more oomph off the line and better acceleration. Also, I didn't set up the tranny for firm shifts, but there is a noticeable tighter shift action.
The canned tunes on my SCT Livewire let me choose whether the EGR is turned on or not. Mine is deleted.
same here.. ive often wondered what the performance ones like.. but i need to replace that stupid prone to failure sensor in the tranny before i do.. just trying to make it to 160K before i do.. her shifts when cold are sluggish and sometimes feels like shes just shut off.. once its warmed up problem goes away.. ford friend said based off them symptoms to change the one sensor and should go away.. 99.9% of the time its always the culprit..
I've been busy with the new job and researching some things for the house. This is the 1st time since owning my truck that it's a daily driver.
As for the brake issue a few days ago...it hasn't happened again.
Installed a 2nd voltage gauge. One is wired directly to the battery, the 2nd gauge monitors system voltage.
I've been listening to front end rattling for long enough, so I placed an order for a complete suspension poly bushing kit.

I started the installation of the poly bushings, and am nearly finished with the front end. Its about as much of a ball buster as I have read about, but I'm mostly enjoying it. So glad I have a Harbor Freight 20-ton press.
The worst piece......the track bar. The new bushings were difficult to install, and they were slightly wider than the cradle the track bar lays in, on the driver side. Simply amazing the number of hours I spent on that thing.
The other least fun pieces, both front spring forward bolts. The factory installed thread locker works very, very well. My 1/2" drive air gun laughed at me. Had to lay the gun on the floor and use a breaker bar, cheater pipe, leg and arm power. One hour per bolt removal. In that I'm 64 years old, this made me think of the days when I was weight lifting and a heck of a lot stronger.

surprised you had issues... mine slid right into the cradles without any issues... 20 ton press also made the install of the bushings into the track bar pretty easy too...

I used the Energy Suspension bushing on my track bar. The bushing wanted to
squirt out of the press or slip on it's side. I happened to have my ball joint press
adaptors handy and used one of the shells to hold the bushing in line and it popped
right into the bar. The trick was to use a shell that was the same ID as the OD of
the bushing and a pushed that fit into the shell. Mind you all of this while holding
the track bar in the press and pumping the handle. The nice thing about the big press
I have it the hyd cylinder moves to the sides and stays there when pressing.

Is that a real LN or one of the ones from China? It looks nice in it's black coat.
Ed was telling me that someone tried to unload the Made in China ones on him
and he said NO. He will only sell the real thing Made in the USA.

Yes lol its the real deal logo is on opposite side but I also ordered from BPD. Sweet deal I got on it too around $280 I think if memory serves me right.
Local place that sells tools had this one in stock. Quite a bit more
than HF and if you have shopped at HF you really need to watch this
video. Seems that HF has run foul of the courts.
if i remember right when i did my Trackbar ones i just got the bushing half in by hand.. then pressed down the side still exposed till it went in.. after doing them the suspension got alot quieter... if only i could find where the last rattles still coming from.. every time i change something up there it gets quieter and quieter.. but the one im trying to get rid of is still there..
