Jaime74656... with flashlight and an inspection mirror, you might be able to see for yourself what CMP sensor you have (aka CPS).
If the CPS retaining bracket is gold in color (zinc yellow chromate), and the sensor housing itself is black in color, it is not the recall CMP sensor, and could very likely be original equipment.
If the CPS retaining bracket is silver in color (zinc clear), and the sensor housing itself is gray in color, then those two clues are strongly indicative that the new Ford recall sensor has been installed.

check mine & friends CPS for color of retaining bracket and housing.
I'm game to "gently dremel down" to the magnetic surface of the tip on mine *IF* its the Black version.... from IH/BWD. correct?
