I'm terminated! The gear bolt wasnt seated correctly. Now it is and Daaaaaang! Holy throttle response. difference in SOTP is unreal! Way more low and mid range power. Also, the injectors are able to stay on way longer into the high end so I'm making more boost and no more surge.
Moral is, T-500s are savage and everybody should have one.
Thanks to Joey and everyone at Terminator Engineering.
Glad to hear you got it going. Glad to hear more good things about the t500. I can only hold 1700-1900 psi wot, mine is worn out. I plan on ordering a t500 ASAP. Have you run it with AE? I would like to see what #'s you can hold at wot with the T500.
We didnt have too much time to get numbers because my computer was low on battery, however on just a minimal run we saw 2900ish at around 29-32% DC. From what Ive heard talking with Joey and some other guys, these pumps need some break in time and the DC numbers will go down over time.
I emailed clay about a month ago and asked if the t500 would support 250/200 hybrids. I got an email back saying it would but dual pumps are always better

Ya, duals would be good for 250/200s for sure. But this T500 is plenty for my stage 2s that should be shipping out from Jim at Rosewood tomorrow
yeeeah buddy. I dont know how you let parts sit at your house for so long. I cant stand letting them sit around. But then again, duals is much more of a process than a T-500. Well. ... not mine. ha
niiiiiiice. you will actually feel comfortable pushing your truck past 25 psi. just like my situation, you have a whole new range on your turbo waiting for you to tap into it. What do you think I'll hit with those stage 2s on this turbo?
