On my 7.3, I was replacing the HPOP O-rings on the drivers side of pump. I removed the top fuel line for better access then removed the bottom. I quickly reconnected the bottom after it started leaking diesel everywhere
While trying to carefully re-connect the top fuel line I cross threaded the damn thing, screwed up the threads on HPOP side and probably on the fuel line itself. I have have no idea what that piece is called that bolts to the side of the HPOP with 2 small allen headed bolts. This is the piece that the top fuel line connects to. I also want to replace the rubber grommets/rings that sit inside the compression nuts on both fuel lines because I noticed they've started to break up a bit. Does anyone know where I can find these parts?
Also, how in the hell do you get the quick disconnects disconnected on the oil lines? I fought like hell with the right one and finally got it off by hand, the left one is a little harder to access though.
If your talking about the FPR cap I doubt you messed up the threads in the brass nut on the line. I just replaced my FPR with the FRX so if you need the cap I can send it to you. Also have the fuel line sleeve that goes on the line.

Hey I appreciate it, posted a message on your visitor page.
As mentioned above, the FPR is prone to being damaged and breaking. Your fuel line and nut are hopefully ok still. If you do need one, here is the P/N's you will need. They are not cheap. As Chris mentioned, you can cut it and splice it, or if you pick up the billet FPR, it is a bit longer and may take a cut and re-flare without issues.
