Is the pipe that runs on passenger side from down by radiator up to turbo considered a charge pipe as well or is it called something else.. I noticed there is a hole drilled on the bottom of it looks like maybe when the person before me had a programmer hooked up to monitor

That's definitely a CAC pipe. If it has a hole drilled in the bottom it needs to be plugged or replaced because you're loosing boost there.

No, sorry, it's not nearly that simple.......well you could hope. I had a split in my blue elbow hose for a while and could still make 32+ psi boost and had no apparent running issues. It won't cause a stall.

I have the same issue. Exact same. I have replaced the FICM, the Alternators, relays, ICP, IPR and even installed an Airdog II system.

After changing FISC, it doent need to warm up completely. It will stall when I get moving to fast and fire back up but it has to build up oil psi?]. I will be testing the HPOP system next, Ford put a new pump in it 2 years back and I had this same issue a year back that ended up being one of the up tubes on the oil rail. I have been reluctant to check the system agian because my oil rails etc are all new after the last time and it has run fine for over a year...

I too have got a code for the fan clutch a lot lately... I wonder if there is any truth to it... IT comes and goes, and hasn't come on in months. IT has not come on since this started again.

I am never buying a Ford again. I do all the general maintenance religiously, I fix everything ASAP if its going bad and I have almost spent more on repairs than the $16K i spent on the truck years back.... Should have bought that old cummins...

EC-781, and the filter is Fl-2016

It's shorter than aftermarket caps, this is due to the fact the filter and cap are one part with the aftermarket style.

Scan gauge testing

I bought a ScanGauge and set it up. What should I test and when? IPR before and during start? How do I test the fan connection? I unplugged the thing and it threw a code and still ran like crap. How do I know if it's shorting? I'm pretty sure I've just got a bad IPR or a standpipe but I don't really know how to use the ScanGauge to find out. If someone has a good write-up on a ScanGauge I will post my numbers

as of right now
IPR is 14.8 key off. 26.5 idle [hits 84 when cranking hot]
ICV is .23 ft off . .96 idle 1.1 cranking
FMP is 48.5
FVP is 11.5 key off
FLP is 12.5 - 13 idle and key off
