See if there are any codes, how many miles on it need gauges (Edge CTS-ScanGaugeII) to tell temps ECT-EOT plus other things because the gauges in the dash just look good and take up space. What filters are you useing (oil-fuel) must use Ford or Racor and these motors like a 5w40 Syn oil to cut down on stiction and cokeing. Max on the oil is 5k because of the shear of the oil by the injectors and 15k on fuel filters 10k if you pull a TT or 5er.

So if I understand correctly you have already replaced STC Fitting,Dummey Plugs, and Standpipes right?????????????????????

Do you have any Gauges like a ScanGaugeII??????
If not Now would be a Great Time to Get one you need to be able to monitor ICP & IPR%

Do you Have an OEM Oil Filter Cap with a Motocraft Filter this is really important

I assume this could be yyour issue^^^^^^^^ your symtoms are typical of the wrong Oil Filter Cap/Filter.

here is a Good thread on it

Post a Pic if not shure and get some gauges or the HPO System Values if you do have a gauge

Ford Filters Great

But the Issue Here is Really the Oil Filter Cap

Problem is there is a Drain in bottom of oil filter housing that the filter holds closed these after Market Caps folks run are Taller and wont hold that drain closed

Usually folks get these After Market Cap and Filter Combo then read on here OEM Filters only they change the Filter to OEM but Keep running the Cap this setup wont hold the drain closed properly

The Cap thing Is Very Important to verify OEM
