budget shocks help haha
Hey fellas, I'm tight on cash right now, the shocks on my current truck are original (101k miles) and blown, they have no dampening at all lol
these are monroe gasmatic LT shocks Buy Monroe Gas-Matic LT Shock Absorber 59598 at Advance Auto Parts_____
has anyone used these? are they complete crap?

Monroe will get you down the road. Not well, but better than one than a bad one.
I had a shock that had no dampening ability at all. It is currently sitting in my garage fully compressed and has been sitting there for more than a week. There is also a small puddle of oil around the shock... Gee wonder what happened to it..

They should work fine for you. That name shock is not on Monroes site so it is probably a standard Monroe shock relabeled for Advance Auto.
Check out RockAuto Auto Parts I got my Monroe Reflexs from them. The shipping a little salty but it still ends up cheaper than most places. There is usually a 5% off code down in the vendors section here. When I ordered my Reflexs I checked Advanced and Rock Auto was cheaper.
Monroe is running rebates on certain shocks and struts. Rebate form link below.
