'77 F100 (83) w/ Evap emissions exc. Canada
w/midship tank, unleaded fuel

'77 F150/250 (83) w/ evap emissions 351M400 reg & supercab before s/n Y00,001
w/ midship tank, unleaded fuel

'77 F150/250 (83) w/ evap emissions 6 cyl 300 reg & supercab frm s/n O80,000
w/ midship tank, unleaded fuel

D8TZ-9034-F Fuel filler

I have access through work to a proprietary parts locating system.
Pretty much covers most suppliers and dealers.
