yes its for an aft tank, but its 35 gallons, not the typical 22 gal rear.
OK, I'm scrapping out a '91 cube van, with the 30+ gallon aft tank, I'll pull the vent valve off it and see if it's similar to what you have a shot of.
There's no pic of this valve in the parts catalog, but it uses a different seal than the E7DZ valve.
Since there's no pic of this valve, I don't know if the one pictured in post #1 is genuine Ford or a "Mickey-Mouse" replacement.
The OP's E350 is a Cut-Away, so called because Ford cut the E350's cargo van body off behind the front seats so that ambulance, people mover and Class C motorhome bodies could be installed.
Parts catalog says the 1986/89 E350 Cut-Away has a 40 gallon fuel tank.
