Scooterdude (FTE member Old Harley) has the parts catalog, can scan and post pics from it.
There are several other members that have it, can do the same thing.
Or, you can buy a CD copy of the catalog from hipoparts.com for about 22 bucks.
No one has the mounting gasket (C5TZ-9946118-A) between the tool compartment and the bedside.
No one has the gasket between the door and tool compartment (C4TZ-9946102-A). No one has any other NOS parts for it.
If you see any parts on ebay, be aware that there are TWO different 1964/66 tool compartments (Short/long beds), another for 1967/72, and still another for 1973/79.
Verify what the parts fit before buying!
Only saw this post today, but here is a shot of the mounting as Senor NumbersDummy referenced.
Ok, I am pretty new here, and I have a '65 F250 Camper Special with the side box. It has the ONLY rust in the whole truck. The gasket leaked water that was trapped and rusted the floor. Worse yet, the hinges rusted through. The rest of the cab, bed, and body are rust free thanks to heavy undercoating, and a life in Nevada.
Anyway, does anyone know where I can get new hinges to weld or screw onto the door and box?
I'm looking for new gasket material for the door, too. Any help at all would be appreciated, I can't figure out how to send PM's or I would have asked a couple of you individually.
I found a gasket material that works well. I bought it at B&D on south Broadway in Denver, Colorado. The screwed in piece is not used with the new gasket. It clips on the edge of the tool box, and has a 3/8 round section that seals the box. It wasn't too expensive. I bought enough for my box and 2 other boxes for $50.00. Email me if you need pictures or more info, randy.stutz@stutzfamily.net
Posting link to diag. of the Tool Compartment, same as above but in different format. Unfortunately not computer literate so attempts to enlarge or download in PDF were unsuccessful?? Anyhow, taken from 1965 Truck Body/Interior Assembly Manual.
