I'll be here. Whenever you want to get things going. I'm pretty good at swapping out gear boxes and steering components by now.

There's one fusible link on the alternator and two, I believe, on the starter. Try there first.
If you had only light problems, I would say it's combination switch. (turn signal and flasher switch), but the blower not working makes me think it's a bad fusible link. The flasher cube should be hanging under the dash behind the instrument cluster somewhere.

Howdy youins, no shop therapy this weekend other than cleaning it some. I have another 68 Camaro dropped off Friday evening to fix some rust, paint and blend in. 86 Shivalay was dropped off yesterday for a no start, son just called, clutch safety switch wasn't hooked up but there was a paperclip bent in a u shape on the floor. Got it cranking but no start, turns out the auxiliary tank valve is toast. CJ bypassed it for the driver side tank and it fires right up. Tonight back on the Crapmaro for overall paint. We did manage to buy some crap we didn't need at the flea markets Saturday.

Brake job for a neighbor's in'law is finished. An 05 magnum front and rear pads, 1 rear rotor. All went well untill I found out the front pads were wrong. Car's B'day of 08/04, makes it an 05, also that is the first year for the Magnum. Front brake pads end up being for an 06 Magnum.... But all is well, its finished, and a little cash in my pocket for an hours time, and the customer saved quite a bit.

I drove the Firebird today. It was somewhat disappointing. I have some bugs to work out. Still not happy with some of the modifications and the carburetor seems to be anemic. All I did was throw it on the engine. I didn't even adjust it yet. Another day or two to fine tune everything and then I can put some miles on it before I give it back.

Well, I probably shouldn't even be posting it, I guess the guy got all butt hurt over being called on getting it built on sponserships and removed 'all' the pics of it off my Jeep forum. Just happened to find these two. I doubt the guy will give me the paint code. It is entirely possible it's a factory color.

Hey Ches, I saw these wheels on Craigslist, thought you may be interested.
5 on 5.5 16.5 chrome spoke wheels

That Cherokee is in Moab. I wheeled there many times, Geez I miss California, so much closer to Utah that this place is. Hell of a lot better wheelin out that way too.

Alan, the guy is still active on the jeep forum so I sent him a PM regarding the color. Hopefully he responds. He completely deleted the build thread for the jeep.
