Hey guys, washed the truck today and noticed this...
All down the inside of the front bumper too... time for a trip to the dealer (even considering I plowed two driveways only one time this year) since I think it's a little early...
The Daffodils and Crocus are popping and the Willows are a verdant gold.
My daffs are close but not yet.
You are just a little warmer than I am Jim.
I have about 5,000 dalls in my yard and between mine and my neighbors driveways.
rust warranties that i have seen are all pertaining to perforation....which means surface rust (regardless of how bad or soon it appears) is NOT covered. dont forget that rust is bad, and good. a good layer of surface rust will stabilize the surface and slow down the rot that will perforate the bumper.
thats why you see new shiny poles or guardrails that are intentionally acid washed and rusted.
i am considering buying a titanium connecting rod for my quad. its the only one i have ever seen for sale, its brand new, and the company that made it stopped making them years ago.
Speaking of guard rails, my wife scraped the whole side of my explorer from the front bumper to rear. I will probably just prime and paint it. She has been in two accidents in the last year both in my daily driver not hers. I guess I should stop letting her use it in the snow!
