Good morning WIH gang, I have been pretty busy lately and haven't checked in for awhile, so I wanted to say hi. I'm still on the run going out to work on a new chicken fence here in a bit.
Well my quest for a wheeler took a strange turn. New can am dealer which has been repairing them for awhile. Well drove the 1, 000. Power is sick its so fast. I didnt care for 4 wheel engagement.really clunky. Everything else I liked. So out back on there test area to try in rocks twists etc. Any how not abusing went in a corner to turn sharp and up the rocks heard a loud pop. So I took it back and told salesman. Now prior I was about ready to sign papers. So he took back into service. They seem not surprised. Pulled some plastic panels, and crap the frame busted behind rear of a arm. Service manager said yes we fix several. And are seeing more. This is the GN2 frame. Said some are busting in front of rear trailing arm. They have s cheesey bracket to patch them. But did say can am is researching the cause. So that was dissapointing. So I researched this problem and its not uncommon.funny how some do it and some dont. I might undertand if it was abuse. But it was not the case.so do I wait for the 14s or I may get the Polaris Touring 850 HO EPS LE.
Well it happened, I somehow accidentally ripped out part of my front wheel well liner through tire contact, so I now have the perfect excuse to get a bigger lift kit!
Good afternoon WIH guys, Paul, Was that a brand new Can-Am you were test driving? My 400 Can-Am Outlander sure doesn't flex very well. The 4x4 works well though.
