I see Toyota is attempting to play in the 3/4th ton truck playground.
My neighbor just picked up a new 5.7L Tundra and that thing is the size of my truck with Nitto Terras.
Too bad it's still a half ton...lol.
But that's fine Toyota, I have a hidden beast under my hood.
EDIT: and under the rest of the truck....and the truck itself.
It's got a good powertrain (engine/transmission combination) for a gasser, and good price value; I didn't like the ride, interior layout or exterior design. Never had an issue with mine though.
Thanks for the kind words Savage and Ron. Got to see some family and friends today that I haven't seen in years. It was a beautiful day here....after 25 years my mom and dad are together again.
@Savage - looks like the troop had fun this weekend.
Gerry..... I'll Take IT any way I can get it......
I must be a dirty old Sailor........
Have Fun Gerry.......School starts tomorrow here.....My neighbor, a retired Coast Guard Officer, is driving a school bus this year. I am waiting for a smart azz kid to mouth-off and He decks the kid.......
We're not supposed to smack the kids around Roy, cameras every where
Tell yer buddy I said hello & good luck from Ontario
I will pass on the message.....
I considered teaching in the high schools when I retired from the Navy. I figured I'd end up in jail. Some smart-azz kid would mouth-off and I'd deck him.
