Lawyer letter

Received a letter from a law firm today checking to see if I've had any problems with my 08 F250 6.4L, such as engine failure, radiator failure, blowing smoke, defective injectors, EGR valve failure, etc. And if I did, they may be able to help me.
Maybe I'll keep it on file just in case? Kahn and Associates at 1-888-LEMONS-1.
Knock on wood, but haven't had any problems except replacement of the rail fuel filter assembly under the drivers side since purchasing it in Nov 08.
I'm probably jinxed now.

Yeah, they have been sending them out for a while. I've received a few to date from different lawyers or firms.

I guess instead of ambulance chasers they are now Powerstroke chasers. At least the second or third time I have seen this mentioned on this site.

Well, we can get us a good class action going. At conclusion the plaintiffs will each get $47.50 and the law firm will get 234 million dollars. Works for me, where do I sign?

Good point. But don't forget that Uncle Sam will get at least 50% of the $47.50.....
