Part numbers with a description??? That would be greatly appreciated!

Sorry Mark,
When you purchase them thru Ford they are all 5F97-13B765-BA(socket & bulb assembly)
However, you can get the bulb individually minus the socket(74's). It worked out better for me to purchase thru Ford
