I know how to make one i have done it to my 95! I was just thinking of a different way by using an air actuator instead of the factory oil piston!

I think the air would be a good idea. It would close and open a lot faster.

Yea I agree somethin different. And if you had parts and pieces it would cheap to make.

I will i have all sorts of ideas but most of them never matterialize. Either way it wouldnt be hard especially if you went with efuel because a person could use the mechanical fuel pump mounting holes to fasten a bracket with air actuator.

I know what you mean! If all the crap bumblin around in my head came to reality, I'd have to build one heck of a BIG shop! LOL!
That would make a killer exhaust brake, but after going through what I just did with my up pipes, I don't think I want anything ever putting back pressure on those things again. I'd rather change brakes and rotors/drums, it's a lot easier!!!

I hear ya there on the uppipes and headaches with any project. So how is your cc project comin?

I was hoping to have been working on it, but then I bought the '97. As soon as I get it out of my shop and get the trans rebuilt in my Ranger, I'm hittin the crw cab wide open!
