if you've done the heads and stuff keep the 6.0 It's a lot of money for the extra power. Your current truck doesn't have thousands of dollars worth of exhaust gadgetry on it either.

I'm confused.....I can buy insurance for getting bad fuel and they will pay for the repairs???

It's not misleading at all to suggest that this problem is easily avoided using insurance, you just have to make sure you've done your homework and you have the right policy. It's every person's responsibility to know what they're insurance company covers and make sure they have the right coverage.

Switching insurance companies and/or paying a slightly larger yearly premium to avoid a $12-18,000 repair bill is nothing but a good investment IMHO.

Bad fuel CAN be covered under the 'vandalism' portion of your policy, but only top tier coverage will give it to you...

AND your rates will be higher and you will pay higher premiums down the road when they use the claim for rating....

they tell u they won't charge you more, but trust me, they will
