EFI Conversions

I have a 1965 ford f100 with a 4.9l 300ci engine.
Was wondering if anybody new of a Fuel Injection Conversion Kit?
I talked to an older gentlemen about it the other day and he said it was possible.

Holley and others make several different versions of throttle body kits, both 2 BBL and 4 BBL. Just get the proper intake manifold and bolt it up.

excuse the question from a pre-fuel-injection guy...
but couldn't you just bolt up the whole top end from a fuel-injected 300?

Clifford Engineering for the intake manifold and the Summit Racing or Jeg's web site for fuel injection kits.

I don't see why you couldn't take a 4.9 EFI Head, intake manifold, distributor, and related injection components and put them onto your motor. Should bolt on, no?

I agree. It seems like the easiest and cheapest solution would be to go to a junkyard and rob the EFI components off of '90ish 4.9L along with the computer and computer wiring harness. It'd take a little research, but people do it with 5.0L's all the time.
