F26 = F250 four wheel drive truck. C = 292 cubic inch V8 2 bbl engine. K = built in Kansas City. 470554 = built in October 1963 as a 1964 model. 120 = your wheelbase in inches. A = Raven Black exterior color. F260 = 6800 GVW 3/4 ton truck. E81 = Custom Cab Red crush vinyl and red check stripe woven plastic upholstery. F = 4 speed manual transmission. B4 = Dana 60 limited slip differential. My '66 workshop manual lists that as a 4.10 ratio. Another reference book I have says in '64 it was a 4.56 - so probably the latter, but possibly the former. You left out the last line of the door tag which would give you the GVW, which we already know is 6800 lbs, the NET hp and the rpms where it is developed, and the DSO information. Hope this helps.

F = Borg Warner T-98 4 Speed M/T (F: 1965/93: Borg Warner T-18 4 speed M/T).
B4 = Spicer/Dana 60 Rear Axle / 4.56-1 / Limited Slip / 5,200 lb. Rear Axle Capacity (B4 = 1965/79: 4.10-1).
