Fuel leak

Fuel leak
I have been going through my truck making sure everything is copacetic and I noticed it is leaking diesel onto the crossover pipe. You can see a lot of the fuel where the starter bolts up to the block.
I am not sure where this could be coming from? The back of the engine up top is dry.
Any help?

Well I found the leak and it was on the injection pump. The middle feeder line was loose, it no longer leaks, but how do I tighten the lower lines?
Is there a special tool to reach the bolts?
