Rear Brake Problem

I have brake fluid leaking out down the back drivers side tire. Is this a bad wheel cylinder? Also in the master cylinder why are there two compartments? Thanks in advance.

You probably have a leaking wheel cylinder. The master cylinder has two reservoirs. The bigger one is for the front brakes and the smaller one for the rear brakes.
