no boost please help

my 2000 7.3l f450 towtruck doesnt spool up makes no power i can drive it but it runs on only engine and takes awhile to get up to speed blows white smoke when first started and sometimes while driving and idleing and when you rev it up please help with the boost problem im bout fed up with this truck

Sounds like your turbo is blown, unfortunately. If you were just having no spool up or poor boost, then I'd say it was a wastegate or vacuum issue, but with the smoke...not good.
