Anything in particular you're looking for? You're not going to find a Ford IDI section in Jeg's or the like.

best exhaust is either no muffler, or a good low restriction high flow muffler like a flowmaster delta 50 series 3 inch in/out.

I would take it to a exhaust shop....if your N/A I would go with 3"-3.5" pipe for your exhaust...if turbo....at least 3.5-5" is where you wanna be.

I don't have a turbo, I'm real short on cash now, work has been dead, so it will probably be a little while until I can afford one :/
