Well I got it done!!

I did it finally....got the oil cooler off, buffed both the block with a grinder that had a really stiff wire wheel...and the oil cooler....put some high tack on and threw the gasket on....bolted it all together, filled it with new coolant...and called it good....decided to do a startup....that had NO LEAKS FINALLY!! Here is the video, still havent worked out the GP wiring issue, gonna replicate the Banks Bracket with help from Eaton9999. He is gonna send me his so I can replicate it.

Course not, but still it's suppose to start like that cold anyways, if the starting system is up to par!

I know right, did a boost test with everything all bolted down....got 12 lbs...with a 088 model turbo....i was really surprised lol....

Now to get the tranny in.....any tips? I dont want to pay 2500 dollars for a transmission jack....

Nice. Once you get that exhaust all sealed up, you should get more boost. Keep up the good work!

I don't know for sure but I thought I saw a tranny jack at Northern Tool for a hundred and a half to two hundred. I won't lie, it's gonna be a b!+ch to get it back in just seeing how hard it was to drop the spare I have. But that was an E4OD.

i got a harbor freight tranny jack for wayyyyyyyyyy cheaper then that.... but here is how i like to do the tranny....from the top lol

Then pay $140 at harbor freight.

So where do I attach the transmission for the the cherry picker??

your making 12 lbs of boost with exhaust leaks?

No after I had it all bolted down and tight it made 12...before it made like 7 or 8...
