Starting after head gaskets

Is there a secret to starting after head gaskets, oil cooler, and HPOP?
Just wondering been cranking off and on for 30 mins or so and still no start...

Thanks

It will take a bit to get the oil system primed so pressure will build. 30 minutes though that seems too long. How many cranks and how long for each so far? Just for reference I recently did my oil cooler and it took 4 or 5 before it started?? Cranks at about 12-15 second each. I also pre-prime the cooler with oil. I would try a few more 10-15 second cranks and if still nothing then I suspect you have something not connected. While you’re allowing the starter to cool start going over you wire connections to confirm they are all connected and that all of the connections are tight.<O</O

I just did hpop pump and injectors completely dry system three 20 second cranks fired up. Do you have a scangauge ? when i started cranking on mine i had 15 psi on ICP , second crank up to 70-80 , third crank watched it go from 80 something to 150 to 250 up towards 300 to 400 then she fired . Meaning check oil pressure if not that then check all plugs .

Re-check the IPR entries you did. Probably have something incorrect.

ICP needs to get to at least 500 before she will fire.

Benny is probably leaning in the right direction about the IPR getting something on it.

Just a thought....Could the low pressure oil pump be part of the problem?
