765 miles?? How big of a tank do you have? I think the normal tank is like 28.5 gal isn't it? that would be 26.8 MPG. No way I would buy that
Maybe the odometer is set to KM which is still a stretch even on my 65HP tow tune. I can get near that if I keep my foot out of it and risk carboning up the turbo. Not worth the hassle......
regear the truck and you might get 2 mpg gain. trick is to get the truck final drive-line ratio back to near stock. your 37's are making the motor work harder than it was designed to.
I'm seeing 11 mpg city consistently with my 35's. I can do better...about 14-15 mpg city, but then the truck is just boring to drive.

I'm in the same spot....that's more because I can't keep my foot outta the skinny pedal...and the occasional clouds of black smoke that I see out the rear mirror at times
If your truck has over 4" of lift and you have 35" tires or larger and you are trying to get better than 13 mpg, you might just be a 6.0L owner. Hell I can't get better than 13 if I trailer my truck.
