All the consumer grade GPS' are a bit "sloppy". Of course, you could reduce this sloppiness by using a professional grade receiver such as a Trimble in differential mode but that adds a bit to the cost.

With the key on, press and hold the 3 and 6 keys on the presets bar above the display on the navigation system.
