Bad misfire issue

I just put plugs in my truck about 2 weeks ago and now it's coding for a misfire on number 3. I have checked the coil and it's good and I pulled the plug out and checked to see if it's failed but it's fine. I looked over the wiring plug for the coil and it seems fine. Now I'm at a lose, any ideas?

Try moving the coil and/or plug to another cylinder. see if it follows.

I know the MC are still two-piece, but with anti-sieze it shouldn't become an issue.

I did get it fixed, turned out the plug was bad. I used Autolite plugs from what I heard they were pretty good. With the replacement plug it's been fine so far.....
