Good morning, a few months ago ,I replaced all of the spark plugs in my 06 F-250, 5.4. Last week she started missing so I thought a coil had gone bad. After determining which cylinder it was, I put a new coil in. The miss was still there, so I pulled the new plug only to find out that tip was completely gone. Burned off so to speak. Does anyone know what could have caused this to happen with brand new plugs? I went with Champion one piece replacement plugs. The one piece for obvious reasons.
