Painting question

I shot my dash with some acrylic enamel/hardner/reducer and was wondering if I need to do anything else like color sand it re-coat it, clear coat it? What can I do or should I do with a one stage acrylic enamel paint.

it looks good now, I was thinking about durability in the long run.
