Not quite enough mud, you can still tell it's a GMC. The investment for the cost of a wash job would double the valuse of the thing.

had an 83 f150 that ALWAYS looked like that !! you give me a four wheel drive and it got ABUSED big time !!!!!!!! had a 302 and 4 gear 4:11's and the i beleive np 205 ?? transfer case . the front bumper and gaurd were bent way up and back on the right { big hidden tree stump along with muddy i cant see windows !!} the entire body was a rash of dents and tears from the horrid things i put that ol' truck through 
. but thats what they are for !!!!!!!!! tell him to clean the frame out though , mine rusted through from all the d-m- mud i left in it LOL !!!!!
