Mine wasn't removed in 18 years, and it surely liked its cozy spot, it didn't want to budge at all, i even broke a extractor.

How hard is it to install a 4 inch suspension lift with floor jack and basic hand tools? 93 150 4x4.

You need jack-stands also. Other than that i guess you'll need to try and get the required tools on the go if you don't carry them already.

A lot of that depends on how much rust is under the truck. If it's clean it's not hard, just time consuming. If it's really rusty then it's hard AND time consuming.

Youll need jack/stands that can lift truck high enough to support it by the frame and have the 4" of clearance so you can install the lift and be able to get the tires back on
