Distributor Help

I have a 1961 Ford F100 Unibody Custom Cab Original 292 3 speed. The distributor is marked COFT-12127B. Is B9FA-12127A Compatible? They look identical?

Thanks...

Bill.

Looks can be deceiving.
Marked: C0TF-12127-B = Ford part number: C0TZ-12127-J (replaced C0TF-12127-B) .. 292 2V Distributor / Obsolete

Edit: C3TZ-12127-K replaced C0TZ-12127-J

Applications: 1960/64: F100/700 / C550/700 / P350/500.
-------------------------------------------------------
Marked B9FA-12127-A = Ford part number: B9A-12127-B .. 292 2V Distributor.

Applications: 1958/59 Ford Passenger Cars.

Make sure the B9 tag reads B9FA not B9AF / B9AF is a 332/352 FE distributor.

I made some changes to the above post, because...

FoMoCo is in-famous for replacing 10's of 1000's of part numbers EVERY YEAR!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
C3TZ-12127-K = replaced C0TF-12127-B & C0TZ-12127-J

No Ford Dealer or obsolete parts vendor has C3TZ-12127-K or C0TZ-12127-J
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
C0TF-12127-B =

ANTIQUE AUTO SUPPLY in Arlington TX has TWO = 817-275-2381.
