F350 6.0deisel
Have an 04 super duty deisel it surges with a whoosh shopaholic whoosh but only when it's loaded with a 5th wheel travel trailer behind it! When u accelerate it stops it so it's not transmission any clues at to what's happening? Does not do it without load!!!!

Looks like Mark has you on the right Path
Heres a good one on turbo rebuild you might just be able to clean the Turbo Hot side where the Unison Ring is and the Veins

It could also just be a Bad sensor so Getting the codes read is very important and also the use of the SGII to check a couple of sensors
