I have an 03 drw 7.3 ltr 4x4 F350. It won't start unless it has been plugged in for a while. No matter HOW warm it is outside. Idk but I don't think it could be the glow plugs, since isn't plugging it in just heating up the glow plugs? Plus, would the glow plugs really be needed if it's 100 outside and the truck still won't start unless it's plugged in? i don't get it.
