HELP!!!

My 2003 f-250 sd w/ a 6.0 powerstroke just don't wanna run--just replaced all injectors (5 twice) new heads, bolts, high pressure oil pump, Fuel pump. Truck stumbles, and smokes at stop/stop situations, hard to start, smokes at start-up---ect-ect--replaced my old juice w /attitude with a new cs unit-ran fine before misfire issues started rebuild. only other mods are air raid cold air kit, cs juice, stainless exhaust, and stillito egr delete, with egr valve installed--the ford rep has run every test he knows, and has thrown up his hands--the engine has not been abused, and has had a faithful 3k oil change history--has never burned oil, and has 165 k miles--smokes like a banshee, miliage shot, and to dirty to run on the street--am ready to put it up on jack stands, pull a non-op, and wait for an answer to what is probably something very simple-(disconnecting the juice makes no difference)--any answers,or fixes will get thier picture on my mantle--with daily worship, other wise, I willl donate it, or part it out, and take the loss--(no dents, good tires, a shame )

Wow Robby, sorry to hear your having troubles, Just a thought, have you also posted this in the 6.0 specific area of this forum? Other than what you have done I got nothin for you to try... Have you done fuel filters? Im going to take it for granted the the guy you have running tests on it knows what he is doing, but I will reiterate things that have helped me through the years...
Make sure every thing is hooked up correctly, such as; since you have changed everything, alot was disconected... mistakes can happen, look over everything with a fine tooth comb, as if you are the first one to look at it.

I once did a distributor, and put the new one in 180 deg off, took someone else to suggest to try to switching it but those are the small things im talking about

Next, if all the mechanicals are new and hooked up correctly, then it is most likely a faulty wireing harness, this is the only thing that makes sence, do pin to pin checks, try to find a short, or open.

good luck, sorry i couldnt give you any magic answer

Thanks for your input---the fuel filters have been changed faithfully, and I installed a pressure guage, the fuel is constant at 45-50 lbs. at the secondary filter, with no fluctuations--the mech. did, however discover air bubbles in the secondary filter, however no leaks found, hense the pump replacement; still no change. Also, the injector harness has been changed three times in the last 1 1/2 yrs, as the juice mod. would bring up the faulty code for voltage at the injector--something is triggering the injectors to "dribble", not only at idle, but at start-up as well

a good thought, however, the ford rep, who said he ran every test he has tried over the last ten years, did not bring that up on the computer-will follow up on that--was told that the high pres. fuel return from the rail goes back to the secondary filter, and that may be where the bubbles are gettig in--still, no fuel leaks noticed

Glad to hear you found the 6.0L forum, Robby! I'm gonna close this one, we don't need two separate threads on the same problem.

For anyone following the new thread is HERE.
