Exactly.. Its a heater element that works like a block heater, but is placed into the stock tank, in which the horses (or other animals) drink from.

I should have been more specific, and not assumes, LOL! My bad!

Ahhh.. and there lays my problem.. i should not assume everyone is agriculturally enclined!

Had me wondering for minute, but I was afraid to ask. I keep one foot in my mouth most of the time, didn't really see room two at the moment. LOL
