Harmonic Balancer Question

So as not to highjack another thread I have some questions regarding the dampner on my truck. Have owner since September last year and the vibrations at idle seem to be increasing. Recently switched to T6 oil which is the only change. Feels like its pulsing and goes away by half when I put the truck in neutral. Only reall feel it at idle but I can feel in pedels and seat.

I tend to be a little (ok alot) OCD about stuff on my truck but am concerned about the torsional vibration issue with the dampner. I'm pulling my turbo this weekend for a rebuild so now is the time to do any other stuff needed.

OEM vs. high doller aftermarket dampners?

Any thoughts are appreciated.
