Gooseneck hitches

I've got a 2010 Ford F350 6.4 powerstroke crew cab long bed 4x4. My old truck was a 2000 Ford F250 crew cab short bed 4x4 7.3. My question is what do you guys prefer for a gooseneck hitch? My old truck had the reese hitch with the rails in the bed that you could clip the hitch in with pins. Just want opinions.
Thanks in advance.

The most popular hitch in the marketplace is Gooseneck Hitch | B & W Trailer Hitches

Gooseneck Hitches - Draw-Tite

I like this style so that you can still keep a flat bed when you need it.

B & W does the same thing as far as keeping the bed clean if you want, simply turn the ball over.

I've had the draw-tite kind, and always had to use a pry bar to flip it up, and a hammer to get it back down. I also had a hitch where there was a little clip that I had to lift, turn the ball a little bit, and the ball came out to store in the toolbox. That one was also a pain. Kinda worked for a year, then I hauled shingles to the dump and could never get that clip up to remove the ball again. So, when I got my new truck, I got the B&W turnover hitch and only had a problem once. Water got in it an froze it down. A good smack with a hammer and it came right out. It's now 8 years old and comes out as easy as it did new.

IMO the only way to go is the B&W. I have been very happy with mine.

The other cool thing about the B & W is if you decide to change to a 5th wheel you can slide in the Companion 5th wheel hitch without installing anything but the retaining pin. Great system.

Ok thanks for all your replies guys. I'm going to check into the B&W. I like that it keeps the bed clean and flat. The only thing I didn't like about the reese hitch I had was the rails in the bed all the time. I kept my hitch in most of the time because i never know when i might need it. It just took up too much space.
Thanks again guys.
