I'm not a 100% sure what you're asking, but I'm going to give you some pedal numbers, and hope that solves it.
SD brake pedal for trucks with auto transmission: pn E7TA-2455-AA (This is the part number on my auto brake pedal that I bought a few months ago for my newly acquired Centurion C-350).
I can check the part number on the SD manual trans brake pedal on the F350 in the morning, if needed.
