You have multiple issues going on that all seem to be wiring related except the injectors. Map sensor/wiring, Fan wiring, and injectors. I'm wondering if some of the codes aren't leftovers from your recent headstud job or if they keep returning?
One thing that bothers me is that you had a good running truck after the heads were done for about 1000 miles and then deteriorated. Either your oil is giving up already or something done during the install is starting to rear it's ugly head. Perhaps injectors coming untorqued???
thnx npcc for a response, at end of rope not sure what to do...
we did change the oil yesterday, the codes have been cleared twice since the job was done, remember this cutting out issue was also prior to head job, but ran perfect right after it was done, and clears up alot after getting warmed up except #4 now
even though you're not getting a code from #1, cylinder #'s 1,4,6, & 7 are all on the same connector to the FICM. I'd check that connector to make sure it's well connected and that the ground is connected. Just because you have good FICM voltage doesn't mean the FICM isn't toast even though you're getting C/B codes and not codes to indicate a bad FICM.
