I had a local gas station diesel tanks get filled with the pink stuff, of course i filled up and the next day my Excursion died and would not start. Local stealership was like, you voided your warranty by running untaxed fuel. I was like "WTF???" I had to get the gas station owner, the fuel supplier and ford on the phone. I was lucky, the fuel supplier justs adds pink to #2 diesel. Ford fixed my EX (fuel pump). A local QT down the road had a tank crack and water got in after a heavy rainstorm. Cars that filled up before they figured out what was wrong made it about 100 ft out of the station. QT fixed every car. So I try to buy QT diesel when I can.

By boss just found out that his 2011 Yukon Denali ($50k+) isn't 4wd. He just had a house built about a mile behind me and we are at 7500 feet so he needs to get a 'real' 4wd before winter.
