I have a F150 1985 302 A/T and I can't find any info on my Transfer case on the housing there is a number I assume is the casting number it is C13683 and then there is a round tag that says 208F 2 E4TA7A 195AA 5 30 85 261 any thing will help I think my chain is loose but I don't know what chain to get ect.

E4TA-7A 195AA = NP208 // Used in 1984/86 F150s // all engines/all transmissions
If you want to replace the chain (I'd open it up and verify the problem if it were me):
New Process 208. We had a smokin good thread going here about a week ago dealing with T cases.
I cant believe that mod didnt turn you onto it.
You should do a bearing and seal kit while your in there. I dont know if those had a pump or not. If so do the pump too. The chain me flopping from excessive bearing play.
