Help with headlight wire in cab.

Help with headlight wire in cab.
OK, i'm having a had time with my VOM getting a voltage reading behind my headlight switch in the dash (no room to work with). I'm looking for the wire to tap into which is my headlamp out wire so when I turn on my headlights it's hot.
I currently have my new gauges hooked into my dimmer which is the light blue w/red tracer and they don't like it and not supposed to be that way now that I read the directions. They basically want the headlight out hooked up so when I turn on my headlights, they dim 30%.
Does anyone know which color wire is my headlight out wire?

OK, so after sleeping on it I thought to myself I like driving around during the day with my parking lights on. If the brown wire behind the headlight switch is parking lights, does anyone know which one specifically is headlights?
