doing upper/lower ball joints, what else should I do?

was going with moog joints, but have not ordered them yet. what is special about the xrf brand?
Doing the ball joints b/c starting to see some tire wear issues. I have not torn into it, and was hoping to not go any deeper than the ball joints. No signs of problems from the u-joints or shafts. though i am not sure you would see that make you think the shafts themselvs had a problem?
