They need a "mega-channel" TPMS.

Wonder what THAT would cost!

I suspect the wheel-count discrepancy is whether there is one pusher tractor or two.

It's the difference between 196 and 206.

Hey Jet, I just noticed you live in Rossmoor. You will never guess who lived there. I am sure you don't care, but I will tell you anyway. Jodie Sweetin. She played the middle girl on Full House. She used to live in Cypress, about a block east of the Police station, but then moved into an older two story olive green house in Rossmoor (on Wallingsford and Bradbury). I am sure her parents still live there, but since Jodie is married with 2 kids now, she most likely has a home of her own. LOL.

Just a little bit of trivia for any old Full House fans out there.

Jim

edit: Oops my bad, not Bradbury, Huntley.

Jim another local from that show , is John Stamos.. he is Cypress guy.... we were in a church band together way back when.... he was the drummer, and I was the bass player.. he was playing Blackie on general hospital back then .. also a neighbor For many years was Cathy Rigby, Cathy and I both took swimming and diving lesson from Patty McCormack olympic diving champ. A current friend who now lives in Seal beach is Susan Eagan, the voice of Belle from Disneys Beauty and the beast, she is also sister in law to Brian haner aka " Guitar guy" the stand up comic . A local realtor that I deal with in my business is Rex Smith the late 70's early 80's singer and Broadway star... My neighbor as a kid was Jack Snow ex LA RAM wide receiver, he actually drove a ford back in the 60's that was white with giant blue ram horns painted on it his son JT snow who went on to play pro baseball was a few years behind me in school.... this place is buried in celebs.. Capt. Ron Bodholt the traffic helo pilot... It is a nice quiet hamlet and attracts a nice group of people... funny thing, my home used to be my folks house, My dad bought it in 1958 for $17,000 brand new.... it is now valued at over one million... it was kind of a plain jane house... but the neighborhood makes it worth a lot....

A member of our Springer rescue cashed out of Rossmoor after her divorce and was able to pay cash for a lakefront property in suburban Seattle's Auburn, WA.

There are a couple of corner places in Rossmoor that are completely over-built for the neighborhood, and look really out-of-place, but are goldmines on the market.

Location, location, location!

Pop agreed....... there are quite a few mansionized homes here.. they are very large homes that would fit in better in Beverly hills, but here they sit.. One neighbor has a $25,000 Salt water aquarium built in the entry of his house.. At night the glow from the aquarium lighting can been seen a few blocks away. it is too funny... but yes it is a very nice area, with friendly people.

I thought that Rossmoor was considered a district of Los Alamitos. I know that you can use Los Alamitos for USPS purposes as well.

Does "Seal Beach" also work for that purpose?

Rossmoor is an unincorporated area in Orange County.. both Los Alamitos, and Seal Beach have fought for a great many years to annex the area to gain the big tax boon that the area would bring.... as far as postal codes go the Zip Code line ends at the south end of Rossmoor but the south end is delivered by the Seal Beach post office.. I am on the edge of that delivery fringe, my mail is addressed for Los Alamitos, but is delivered by the Seal beach postman . I use Rossmoor on my mailing address, with the Los Al zip code.. bureaucracy at it's finest..

Wow, I did not know so many celebrities lived there. I knew Stamos was from Cypress, but was not aware of Jack Snow or Rigny or any others lived there. I knew it was an upper scale neighborhood, but did not know it was that over the top. When Jodie lived there she went to Los Alamitos High School. And when she wrote me a letter it had the Los Alamitos postcode on it. The security company I worked for at the time handled all the school's football games, and dances. I saw her at a Halloween dance, a week after she was forcibly removed from a football game. Her then boyfriend was caught with some MJ and while he was being cuffed by security she went bonkers, and tried to climb the chain link fence trying to get to him. My friend at the time also worked security there, and he is the one that had to pull her off the fence. She ended up sending me a letter apologizing for the "trouble" she caused. That was after her visit to the Principal's office the following Monday. She is the only celebrity I actually knew the address to. I know Martika (Marta Marrero) of Kids Incorporated fame grew up in Hacienda Heights, but never knew where.

John is a Kick A-- upstanding guy....funny as hell and his folks were pretty cool too. As young guys our band would hang out in his garage practicing music, having jam sessions and playing pool.. Girls would drive by in cars hoping to catch a glimpse of John.. and we would all walk in front of him just to drive the girls nuts.. His sis was a knock out back then... I had it big time for her, but she would not have anything to do with his friends... Instead she would tease us... such a girl! They were all just a nice Greek family..

That is cool that John received a star on the Hollywood walk of fame. I did not know that. I am sure the set of Full House was a regular riot with 3 comedians on it. Not too mention the kids.
